Privacy Policy

• Your account. When an administrator invites you and you sign in, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from your Google account via Google Sign-In. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Estimates you create. The estimates you build in the App may include your customers’ names, email addresses, phone numbers and site addresses, the items and pricing on each job, and any notes you add. This information is entered by you for your own business purposes.
• Activity and audit records. We keep a log of account and estimate activity — such as sign-ins, and who created, edited, shared or deleted an estimate — for security and accountability within your company.

We use the information above only to operate the App, specifically to:

• authenticate you and enforce who can view, edit or manage each estimate;
• generate, print and email the PDF estimates you create;
• maintain the audit trail described above; and
• provide support when you contact us.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

We use a small number of service providers to run the App, each acting on our behalf and only for that purpose:

• Google Firebase — account sign-in (Firebase Authentication) and storage of accounts and company records (Firestore).
• A managed PostgreSQL database provider — storage of estimates, line items and pricing data.
• Resend — delivery of invitation emails and estimate PDFs you choose to email to a customer.

We do not share your information with anyone else, except where required by law.

We keep account and estimate data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to comply with our legal and accounting obligations. If you leave your company or your account is disabled, your past estimates remain available to your company’s administrators, consistent with normal business record-keeping.

Access to the App requires an invited Google account, and every estimate is protected by role-based permissions — only its owner, an administrator, or someone it has been explicitly shared with can view or edit it. Data is encrypted in transit.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. If you are a customer whose details were entered into an estimate by a business using the App, please contact that business directly, or contact us and we will help route your request.

The App is a business tool and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
