Terms of Service

Accounts cannot be self-registered. An administrator must invite you, and you must sign in with the exact Google account the invitation was sent to. You are responsible for keeping that Google account secure, and for all activity carried out under your account.

You agree to use the App only to create and manage genuine business estimates, and not to:

• enter customer information you are not authorised to hold or use;
• attempt to access another company’s data or an estimate not shared with you;
• use the App to send unsolicited or misleading communications; or
• interfere with, disrupt or attempt to circumvent the App’s security or access controls.

Every estimate the App produces is clearly marked as a draft until you mark it completed. Pricing is based on the master item list at the time an item is added to an estimate and on the scope you describe; it is not a fixed quote, and may change if the scope, access or site conditions differ. You are responsible for reviewing an estimate before sending it to a customer, and for any commercial commitment you make on the strength of it.

You retain ownership of the estimates, customer details and other content you enter into the App. You are responsible for the accuracy of that content and for having the right to enter any customer information it contains. We use your content only to operate the App, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep the App available and your data intact, but it is provided “as is” without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for loss arising from downtime, data loss, or an estimate that turns out to be wrong, to the extent permitted by law.

An administrator may disable your access at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access to the App if these terms are breached. Estimates you created remain part of your company’s records and are not deleted when your own access ends.

If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
